 As of the end of April 2012, we trained over 340 students in the NRA Certified Basic Pistol course alone!

Building Construction Update

Our alarm system is currently being installed.  Early next week the drywall and paint will be added.  Once this is complete, we will begin to move in to the building!

 MTFI Regional Training Center

 The Regional Training Center is being built in Three Forks, Montana. 

When complete, the Training Center will be a 7,200 sq. foot – two

story structure, which sits on 38 private acres. The building is being

constructed to resemble an old western Montana store front with its

look and feel.  Rough hewn lumber, rusted corrugated metal and barn

wood will add to the look and feel.

The Training Center will be a venue for quality firearms training to include civilians, law enforcement, military and private security personnel.

Once completed there will be a grand opening ceremony. The Training Center will be dedicated in memory of Montana Highway Patrol Trooper David James DeLaittre who was slain in the line of duty on December 1, 2010 in Three Forks, Montana

 The MTFI Regional Training Center Will Feature:

  • A fulltime certified gunsmith and complete work shop

  • Retail sales

  • Firearms sales and gun accessories

  • Ammunition sales

  • Safety and gun range gear

  • Tactical gear

  • Indoor classroom

  • Indoor shooting range

  • Three outside shooting ranges

  • 1000 yard long rifle range

 ADDITIONAL MTFI STAFF

We have added three more NRA Certified Firearms Instructors to our staff and are in the process of brining on two more! 

The May 2012 MTFI Newsletter will feature our newest instructors, along with their training expertise and the courses they will offer at the Training Center.

Mr. Ryan Finn has been hired as the MTFI Director of Operations and will be on site 5 days a week to help our clients.  Ryan will be responsible for managing all of the activity at the training center as well as all firearms sales!
