This course will teach students how to use their bolt-action rifles safely, effectively, and smoothly. You do not have to be an accomplished shooter or “sniper” to take this course; just have an open mind and desire to learn. Students will be qualified using the FBI qualification Course.

MTFI Instructor, George Carr, spent 25 years as an FBI Special Agent. During that time, George served as a Firearms and Tactical Instructor, SWAT Team Member, and FBI Sniper. George was responsible for designing and implementing training for over 750 agents in the Los Angeles Field Office and taught new agents firearms training at the FBI Academy.  George is certified as a Force Science Analyst which focuses on law enforcement response and human performance under stress.  George is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and Montana State Licensed Firearms Instructor.  Prior to joining the FBI, George was an attorney.
